We have a professional QC team that strictly controls the entire process from raw materials to finished products. We have 10 inspectors: 2 for incoming material inspection, 3 inline inspectors for production steps, 2 for packaging material inspection, 2 inspectors for final product inspection, and 1 for supervising container loading. All disposable PPE undergoes 100% inspection, and we regularly hold quality review meetings to continuously optimize quality control processes and enhance product quality.
We rigorously select raw material suppliers and conduct step-by-step inspections of coated materials, zippers, elastic bands, and other key components. Ensures materials are safe, contamination-free, and meet high-quality standards, preventing defective materials from entering the production process.
We thoroughly test packaging bags and cartons to ensure they meet transportation and storage requirements.
Packaging durability tests, including compression resistance and moisture resistance tests, are conducted to prevent damage during shipping.
A strict batch labeling system is implemented to ensure full traceability and compliance with export standards.
Our quality inspectors conduct real-time inspections with random sampling tests to assess seam strength, heat-seal performance, and protective layer integrity, ensuring durability and safety.
Some disposable protective clothing undergo static resistance tests, liquid penetration tests, and blood penetration tests, guaranteeing compliance with the strict standards required in the medical, chemical, and laboratory industries.
Orient Honest® follows international quality standards and assigns 2 dedicated inspectors for random sampling inspections using professional equipment for testing, ensuring a 100% qualification rate for all outgoing products.
Before shipment, we will carry out vehicle disinfection while ensuring that the outer packaging box is clean and properly sealed.
