Sterile surgical gowns are typically packed with a gown bag and one or two sheets of toilet paper. The conventional material used is white spunlace cloth (40gsm) or folded nonwoven fabric. The standard sizes are 30×40 cm and 40×60 cm.
Sterility means that disposable exam gowns must be sterilized by ethylene oxide (EO) for 12 to 24 hours in a disinfection center, usually packed in paper plastic bags.
Non-sterile means disposable hospital gowns with no need for disinfection and sterilization treatment, as well as conventional use of ordinary PE bag packaging.

Standard Surgical Gown: Standard Surgical Gown: Typically features a round neck, long sleeves with knitted cuffs, a Velcro closure at the neck, and four wide waist ties. Customization is available according to your requirements!
Reinforced Surgical Gown: Based on the standard surgical gown, this type includes additional protective layers on the sleeves and chest to enhance waterproofing and resistance to blood penetration.
Isolation Gown: Designed with either tie or Velcro neck closures, knitted or elastic cuffs, and waist ties. Commonly available in blue, white, green, and yellow colors.
Surgical gowns are typically made from materials such as SMS, SMMS, and SMMMS. Where ‘S’ stands for Spunbond and ‘M’ represents Meltblown layers. SMMS consists of two melt-blown layers in the middle, while SMMMS has three melt-blown layers. SMS material has a certain degree of hydrophobicity. From a function point of view, standard surgical gowns and reinforced surgical gowns generally need to reach three resistance properties: alcohol resistance, blood resistance, and oil resistance. PP material with a film coating (PP+PE) and SMS material with a film coating (SMS+PE) can achieve the three resistance effects.
